City of stars
Are you shining just for me?
City of stars
There's so much that I can't see
Who knows?
I felt it from the first embrace I shared with you
That now our dreams
They've finally come true

City of stars
Just one thing everybody wants
There in the bars
And through the smokescreen of the crowded restaurants
It's love
Yes, all we're looking for is love from someone else
A rush
A glance
A touch
A dance

A look in somebody's eyes
To light up the skies
To open the world and send it reeling
A voice that says, I'll be here
And you'll be alright

I don't care if I know
Just where I will go
'Cause all that I need is this crazy feeling
A rat-tat-tat on my heart

Think I want it to stay
City of stars
Are you shining just for me?
City of stars
You never shined so brightly

recipes - lobster bisque

I have tasted this soup during a ship cruise and have enjoyed it a lot

Ingredients

1⁄2 lb lobster meat, cut into small chunks 2 tablespoons minced shallots 2 tablespoons chopped green onions 3 garlic cloves, crushed 1⁄4 cup white wine 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon dried thyme 6 tablespoons dry sherry 1 teaspoon paprika 1 cup hot water 1 teaspoon lobster base (better than boulion) 4 ounces tomato paste 2 bay leaves 2 cups heavy whipping cream 4 tablespoons butter

Direction

Directions In a saute pan heat a little oil over med-high heat and saute shallots, onions, and garlic for one minute. Deglaze the pan with the white wine. Add the worcestershire, tabasco, and thyme and saute for another minute. Deglaze the pan with the sherry. Add the paprika, hot water and lobster base and combine well. Stir in tomato paste and add the bay leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes. Whisk in heavy cream and the butter and bring to a boil. Add the lobster and simmer until cooked through. Serve with crusty garlic bread.
